Environmental Science III Course Objectives

Upon successful
completion of this course students will be able to:
1. Describe environmental issues that relate to energy production
and use.
2. Evaluate alternative means of energy production.
3. Measure and evaluate pollutants in water resources.
4. Propose solutions to environmental problems related to environmental
contamination.
5. Evaluate historical land use changes and their consequences.
6. Describe the political,social and economic consequences of environmental
problems and their solutions.
